 If I could give ten stars, I would- with no hesitation. My experience with Justin has been beyond amazing. Everyone needs a Justin in their lives! He has transformed my property into something completely amazing. He took my idea/theme and sent me multiple options to approve all along the way. Every hurdle encountered from the previous owner was tackled with ease. I’m so happy to have had him along this journey since my permanent residence is miles away. 

 Justin’s overall vision and eye for detail are second to none. Not only does he select beautiful pieces that enhance the space, he also looks for things that have meaning and local significance. He shows up on time and is dedicated to completing the job by the deadline. He’s easy and fun to work with and truly listens to what you want.  Let me start by saying Justin will absolutely exceed your expectations. We were redoing and fixing up a one bedroom condo. It was so impressive to see all the carpentry work, floors and painting done on such a tight schedule. Justin assisted in the overall design of the interior with furniture and accessory choices. The end result was beautiful and done on time and on budget. Without any reservations I would recommend Justin and his team to transform your home to its most beautiful and functional state.  

Hands down the best in the business. We are native New Yorkers who vacationed in Myrtle Beach numerous times.  We were looking for a  vacation/retirement condo.  We recently decided to purchase a second home in Murrells Inlet SC.  Coming from New York, we didn't know the area or anyone. We had the good fortune of hiring Justin Bogler as our realtor and his partner Michael Silvestri from Real Estate By The Sea and JB Home Transformations. The two of them made the entire experience painless and worry free.  Both were always a phone call away to help with any questions. After the closing we used them for shopping for new furniture, hiring a painter and shopping and installing new flooring "which can be a little overwhelming". Justin has an eye for detail and was there on site the entire time and took care of everything while we were in New York.
